What do I need to do to earn Points/Miles?
Points/Miles are earned on all qualifying Tires Only purchases. Your transactions will be automatically processed at the end of each month and posted to your account. For more information visit our Earn page.

What's the difference between the Tires Only Rewards Program and Tires Only Points?
When you join the Tires Only Rewards Program you are registering with us to earn Points/Miles in a chosen reward program (e.g. Tires Only Points, American Airlines AAdvantage, etc.). Tires Only Points is our in-house currency. If you select this currency, you will be able to redeem the Points earned for gift cards and merchandise. Visit the Redeem page for a list of available items.

Do I earn Points/Miles for previous purchases?
No. You will only earn Points/Miles on purchases made after you register for the Tires Only Rewards Program.

How do I keep track of my Points/Miles?
You can see the Points/Miles you’ve received through your participation in the Tires Only Rewards Program by logging into your program account. If you have opted to earn Tires Only Points you can see your current account balance here too. However, to find your Points/Miles balance for the travel currencies (e.g. American Airlines AAdvantage, United MileagePlus, etc.), visit the respective program website.

Why can’t I see my Points/Miles in my account balance?
Transactions/Rewards are processed at the end of each month and may take an additional 3-4 weeks for processing. Points/Miles for the travel and hotel programs may take longer. To find the Points/Miles balance for your travel reward program (e.g. American Airlines AAdvantage, United MileagePlus, etc.), please visit the respective program website.

How many Points/Miles do I need to redeem?
It depends on the reward program currency you are collecting. Each program has different redemption levels. Please visit the respective program website to find out how to redeem. For Tires Only Points, we have many different gift cards and merchandise items to choose from, and each item has a different point value. Visit the Redeem page for details.

Can I cancel a redemption order?
Once orders have been placed, no changes or refunds are permitted. Be sure to double check your order before you submit it.

What do I do if I receive an incorrect or damaged merchandise item?
Notify the Tires Only Rewards Program of any incorrect, damaged or defective merchandise within ten (10) days of your delivery date.

Can I change reward currencies at any time?
To change the currency, update your profile with a new reward program and add its associated Reward Program Member Number. NOTE: If you switch to a different reward currency, the Points/Miles you have earned to date will NOT be transferred to the new reward currency. Your Points/Miles will remain under the original currency until you decide to redeem them. If you switch currencies, you will begin to accrue Points/Miles under the new currency starting with your next qualifying purchase. If you switch currencies and need to redeem the Points/Miles you earned while under a previous currency, you will need to temporarily switch back to that previous currency to do so. Remember to switch back to your new currency after redeeming Points/Miles from your previous currency or else you will begin accruing Points/Miles under that previous currency.

What are Bonus Events?
We will promote Bonus Events periodically to help you accelerate your Points/Miles balance. During these events, you will be notified by your account rep and/or by email on how to take advantage of the offers.
